Who Will Care for Your Pet? by @DFS
An article in February’s Fairfax County Golden Gazette suggests a Pet Trust to ensure your pet is cared for when you are gone. I suggest a permanent roommate instead, so your pet can stay at home with somebody they hopefully/probably already know and love! Solo traveling is also possible and much easier for pet owners who have a roommate willing to help care for a pet - if agreed and the love of a household pet is shared, roommates could end up pet co-parenting! πΆπ±
